Fields of Experience

Mr. Mamrosh has extensive experience in process development, process engineering, and technical services in a variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical, gas treating, pollution abatement, and commodity and specialty chemical industries.  His core competencies include:

·        All phases of process development:  laboratory; pilot plant design, construction and operation; data analysis; simulation; design; economics; and technology transfer to manufacturing. 

·        Problem solving and improvement of production processes (including cGMP).  Technical services to customers.  Implementation of improvements in manufacturing. 

·        Skilled with process simulation and other engineering software (Aspen Plus, Batch Plus, Dynochem).  Routinely utilize DOE and software statistical tools.

·        Hands-on plant skills; strong working knowledge of process equipment and instrumentation. 

·        Development of process designs and process design packages (PDP).

·        Preparation of specification sheets for process equipment.

Some areas of specific technical expertise include:

·        Distillation (batch and continuous)

·        Solvent recovery

·        Pollution abatement

·        Modeling of processes

·        Gas scrubbing
