Fields of Experience

Mr. Myers is an expert in process development, modeling, and optimization of operations in the chemical/polymer, hydrogen, and gasification processing areas.  Mr. Myers has experience with commercial process simulation software in general, and is particularly skilled with HYSYS.  Some of Mr. Myers’s other areas of experience include:

 

·        Process development from conceptual design through pilot plant design, construction, and operation.

·        Process equipment and plant cost development, including uncertainty analysis, design for manufacturing and assembly, and project economic justification.

·        Process plant operation, debottlenecking, and troubleshooting.

·        Chemical reaction kinetics and catalysis.

·        Development of measurement methods for and modeling of emissions from glycol dehydration and development of software predictions.

·        Program management for materials research and development programs.
