Fields of Experience
Mr.
Hudnall has extensive experience in refinery, chemical and petrochemical
process design as well as in the development of process schemes and
equipment for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
He has particular experience in crude oil fractionation, catalytic
reforming, hydrotreating and aromatics extraction.
His responsibilities have included development of conceptual
process designs, preparation of economic and engineering studies,
definition and scope of process improvements, preparation of process
design packages, simulation of process units and supervision of engineers
in these technical areas. His
assignments have included:

Preliminary
technical evaluation and cost estimate study for a 25% capacity increase
in a refinery processing 17 API Venezuelan crude.
·
Hydrocracker revamp
for increased capacity and the co-production of kerosene and gasoline.
·
Process Work Group
Leader for the design of a grassroots FCCU main fractionator and vapor
recovery units.
·
Preparation of
feasibility study for herbicide plant and process/project engineer on the
design and construction of same upon approval of the capital project.
·
Prepared the process
design package and supervised the detailed design, procurement and
construction of a biochemical pilot plant for a proprietary process.
·
Project Manager for
a high density polyethylene pilot plant.
·
Revamp design of a
large crude fractionator.
·
Supervised a group
of chemists, engineers and technicians engaged in the development of
processes and equipment for water and wastewater treatment problems,
performing pilot plant and feasibility studies and the operation of an
analytical laboratory.
