including eight years of engineering consulting for clients from the
electric power utility, coal gasification, wood products, petrochemical,
oil and gas and semiconductor industries.
Recent key projects include debottlenecking engineering studies for NGL
facilities and design of a liquid CO2
pumping system for sequestration testing. Mr. McKaskle has hands on expertise with design, build and construct
engineering work for packed bed scrubbers, flares, incinerators, vapor
recovery units, burners and wastewater treatment systems.
With more than six years of process engineering experience in
the semiconductor industry, Mr. McKaskle has also developed expertise in
complex troubleshooting of existing processes and process reactors.
He was a proven performer in systematic and statistically based
troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process and reactor issues.
Mr. McKaskle has also developed
expertise in complex troubleshooting of existing processes and
process reactors. He has also
used mass spectrometers to perform quantitative emissions measurements
from process reactors and worked on design of abatement systems for these
reactors.
Mr. McKaskle has managed and performed emissions testing
projects at facilities across his industry experience base using EPA
approved and specially developed testing protocols to suit the
application. He is an expert
in Best Available Control Technology reviews and in negotiating
appropriate levels of emissions controls with regulatory agencies.
